Overall an amazing experience and very hospitable. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting photos taken. Quality of photographs are fantastic. Definitely a long-term family treasure.

Our experience with Viva in Rockingham was great. The photographer was amazing, she made us feel at ease and captured absolutely beautiful images even though we feel like we’re un-photogenic people. I swear she’s magic. The manager made us feel very special and was very thorough and open when he explained all the product options to us. We didn’t go in expecting to spend as much we we did, but we will treasure these photographs for life.

I went in for a photo shoot with my dog and it was amazing. I was nervous going in but they made me feel extremely comfortable and very relaxed. My dog loved all the attention and the photos were beautiful.

Our photographer was extremely patient and kind. We visited to get some family and newborn pictures and he was able to capture many beautiful moments for us and we got exactly what we wanted from him. The entire team created a very memorable experience for my partner and I.

All worries pre-shoot were quickly dismissed once the shoot started due to the photographer’s professionalism and charisma. The experience was fantastic and myself and my partner felt comfortable and encouraged to be ourselves. We were not pressured at all into spending money, and the skill of the photographer sold itself. The ability to have an in-house payment plan allowed us to get a few more photos than originally planned, at the trust of the business. Wonderful time at Viva Joondalup, will be back in the future without a doubt!

Enjoyed our time at Viva, the photographer knew what he was doing. As a photographer I usually don’t get a chance to just observe from the sidelines or be in front of the camera much and this shoot was a delight. I can’t wait for our prints.
