Entrants are eligible to be a winner from any state in Australia but the portrait package must be redeemed in the studio selected on the form. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The first entry drawn will be awarded the major prize.

Gift a friend competition open to any past clients of Viva Photography. Drawn quarterly on the first Tuesday of the quarter. Referred friend or family member must book and attend a Viva Life Photography Photo Session for the entry to be eligible. Prize is a 16 x 20″ framed wall art piece of the image from past Viva Photo Session or $1550 product credit to put towards the Viva piece of winners choosing. Viva reserves the right to substitute prize to product of equal or greater value if product is unavailable or discontinued once winner claims prize.

Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please immediately contact the Viva Life Photography studio and we can arrange a replacement of the product. Incorrect or faulty products will not be accepted for return later than 30 days of you receiving the goods. In circumstances where goods exhibit or develop a major fault; or do not match the description or sample shown at time of purchase, a refund will be provided if requested.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind and there is no cooling off period for in store purchases. As our artwork is uniquely created for you, and you have the opportunity to view your images before making a purchasing decision; we do not allow you to change your order. Once the order agreement has been signed, we immediately proceed to creating and finishing the artworks.

Viva Photography delivers products Australia wide use Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Goods must be signed for upon receipt and if no one is available when delivery takes place a card will be left and the goods may be picked up from your local post office. Please note: Product packages are a purchased online and your order is send direct to your desired Viva studio. A Viva Representative will be in contact with you within 2 working days to book a suitable time for your photo shoot.

A $50 booking fee is required to secure your desired time slot. This is redeemable on product on the day of your photo session or refundable.

Our booking deposit of $50 serves as a crucial commitment to secure your photography session in our studio. We understand that circumstances may change, but kindly note that if you cancel or reschedule within less than five days from your scheduled session date, we regret that we are unable to issue a refund, and the $50 booking deposit will be non-refundable.

Non-attendance without notice of an appointment will also result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. The photo session package is then deemed to have been used in full.

Copyright to all images created during the photo shoot are deemed to belong solely to Viva Life Photography Franchising Pty Ltd. Under no circumstances are any images to be used by a third party unless prior written permission has be granted by the Franchisor of Viva Life Photography Franchising Pty Ltd.

With all our Viva products, we offer a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defaults. Viva guarantees its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This lifetime guarantee* covers all defects encountered in normal use of the Product, packaging and shipping. The lifetime guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

Albums, Prints, Canvasses and Acrylics,  stored and displayed under light safe conditions, have a 100 year lifespan.

*Ideal conditions include low light levels, temperatures (below 24 *C) , low humidity (less than 40%) and adequate ventilation.

  • (a) Loss of, or Physical damage to the product due to abuse, neglect, mishandling, improper packaging by you, product alteration, improper use, failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions  and accident (including but not limited to transporting the product without the proper preparation and/or packaging).
  • b) Without limiting the foregoing, dropping the Product, scratches, and abrasions will be presumed to have resulted from misuse, abuse.
  • c) Non- Viva branded products and accessories use in conjunction with Viva products.
  • d) Installation and Servicing not authorized by the Viva group.
  • e) Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions or failure to follow the product instructions and perform preventive maintenance.
