We had won a $500 voucehr at the Baby Expo and were keen to get a family portrait done with our baby whilst he was still relatively 'newborn'. We thought it was going to be hard to get any shots we liked if he 'acted-up' crying etc. The staff, Renae and Jess, were lovely on arrival, made us feel very comfortable and they had a lot of time for us. Through the shoot our baby was restless, crying, screaming etc and it seemed that we'd come on a bad day. Then having seen the photos in the viewing room it was almost harder to find a bad photo than a good one. We loved so many shots! Affordability only allowed us to get 1 big one. I later purchased a small one for my wife's birthdaty. The staff at Viva sere so nice as to send us another bonus photo for free. We were spechless. We love looking at all 3 photos and they always remind me of the great experience that day and look forward to having more photos done in the future. The beautiful photos are worth absolutley every cent.

The photos we wanted were aimed more at the memories and we wanted a little something different in our home. It was important to us that the photos were natural and that we were comfortable in our environment. All in all, we found it to be a fun experience and the staff were calm, fun and very helpful
