My experience at Viva was so overwhelmingly beautiful and inspiring I will be going back again.

I booked a photo shoot for myslef and my 13 yr old daughter as her birthday fell on mothers day giving me the perfect excuse to spoil ourselves.

We have never had any professional pictures taken of us ever before and I did not know what to expect. The staff were so freindly, helpful and the photographer - Laura was awesome.

The professioanlism and genuinity I experienced was something which makes you want to go back for more.

We had nothing but FUN FUN FUN during our shoot. Our phtographer made us feel at home and free to be ourselves which made the experience very comfortable and easy.

It was the best experience I have ever had with my daughter and am so thankful I took a leap out my comfort zone.

Choosing the pictures we wished to take home was extraordinarily difficult as there was so many to choose from and many bought tears to my eyes as I had never seen my daughter or myself in photos that I wished to keep and display on my walls. They were All so beautiful and unique the decision of what to keep was extemely difficult. As are finding the words to describe our experience at Viva! They say a pictured can speak a thousand words, well that is a saying that I now believe with all my heart and this is all thanks to the staff at Viva.

After my shoot I was walking through Carosel and saw a couple talking to the Viva promotion staff and couldnt help but tell them to JUST DO IT. As my experience was one I will never forget and I believe everybody needs to take that leap of faith and try it themselves to really understand the feeling of fulfillment after such an experience. You dont need to be a supermodel to have gorgeous pictures of yourself or of your loved ones, You just need to be yourself, which is what I had experienced during my shoot at Viva.

I had always wanted to have some professional photos done, but for one reason or another never got around to doing them.  After hearing a friend of mine did them and seeing how great they looked, I decided to also get them done.  I booked in with the team at Frankston and went from there. Within a couple of weeks I was in and having myself ‘snapped’.  The whole process went smoothly – from the booking to the actual shoot, to the delivery of the photos.  Initially I was quite unsure of exactly what types of photos I wanted, but the sales consultant was very good in talking me through all my options and providing suggestions.  The photographer was also fantastic – very professional and happy to offer guidance where needed.  For me, it was important that the shoot was efficient and comfortable.  Seeing as it was all new to me, she was very good in making the experience as comfortable as possible and remaining light-hearted and humorous.  The quality of the final product was excellent. I would certainly recommend anyone wanting to have photos done to visit the team at Viva Frankston. 

My family have just had a great morning out at in the studio at Fremantle, with James and Anna Nicole on the job, and a cameo appearance from the Vittorio himself with broom in hand on our arrival!

What a fantastic experience we had! For Susie and I, the prospect of having our photos taken for an hour was as salivating as a trip to the dentist. James made it more like a party...and the result was a group of images of my two children that brought me, unashamedly, to tears of pride...and even some passable portraits of the old couple. We wouldn’t have been the most relaxed group James has ever worked with, but the way he brought us together and made us laugh....the man is truly gifted. My children were in awe - my son has a new role model, my daughter wants to work for Viva, and my wife thinks the Fremantle studio, Vittorio and the whole business is extraordinary.

Anna-Nicole was so impressive with her ability to combine advice with attentive listening as she led us through the viewing and selection process.

James jokingly referred this morning to the value of the shoot as ‘family therapy’ – if every family who crosses the threshold of a Viva studio experiences the level of friendly, happy hospitality and professional service that we did this morning, –, you could charge a lot more just for the fun of the shoot!
