Hello to all the girls at Viva,

When making my booking for my photography session I was greeted by a friendly voice who was more than happy to explain the session to me in detail and answer all my questions. It was very informative and made me feel very excited about my up-coming photography session.

A few days before my session I was phone by the photographer herself and we talked at length about what types of photos I was intending to have and how the day would run. This was also very helpful. Taking my son, a 5 year old boy along to the session was going to be trying enough but I felt at ease after I had spoken with the photographer who assured me she would be able to handle his mood.

On the day I was a bit nervous but arrive on time and was greeted upon entering the shop with a beautiful array of canvas photos, books and albums to look through and thought “wow this is going to be fun”. We entered the room to have our photos taken and the photographer was extremely well organized and had lots of great ideas and options for us.

After the shoot was finished the girls set up the viewing room, which has a great big screen to see all the photos on, this is helpful because it was really hard to choose which ones I really loved. Once we had chosen the perfect shots we discussed the prices and sizes. The girls are very knowledgeable and provided lots of options. My son went to the play room so I could finalize my options which was terrific as 5 year olds get bored easily. After deciding on a main photo for a canvas and some beautiful shots of my son for a framed artwork I decided to also purchase a couple of photos that I just could not leave behind. There were so many more I wanted as all the shots were good.

Upon leaving the shop I felt  really happy and excited, I thought about it for days afterwards.

A few weeks passed and I received a call to say that the photos were ready for collection, excited I arranged to pick them up.

I now have the most wonderful canvas in the center wall of my living room and the framed work has received many great comments from friends and family. I tell them that time may pass but ‘that moment’ will last forever.

I wanted to let you know that I went and had shots taken of my boys for the Telethon book as I promised Nicola I would. The experience was brilliant. I went to Subiaco and was served by Cathy and Gemma took the pictures. They were both super professional and just delightful - especially with the boys. As for the photos... well, they were just incredible. I have had lots of professional shots taken of Charlie but these were by far the best. Absolutely beautiful...I had tears in my eyes when we were viewing them and there were far too many gorgeous shots for me to even begin to pick which I loved the most.

All too often you get negative feedback about things that go wrong.... well yesterday it was an absolute pleasure and I thought you'd like to know.

Hi Sarah & Jo Thanks so much for the children's picture, it moved me to tears, tell you it couldnt have come on a better day to cheer me up. Hi I wanted to say thankyou for the wonderful print that Hayden picked up from you on Friday. Both Hayden and I absolutely love the final product and every time we walk past the frame hanging in the hallway we get to admire not only the lovely photos but the great way it is mounted and framed. Thanks especially to Kate and Laura for the great service that you offered, we were both very impressed.

Hi there I was elated to watch my daughters face appear on channel 7 in an ad for the Album that she appears in, Children of WA Album for Telethon 2008 I am happy that you have chosen my daughters photograph/page to appear on your advertising and request that, if possible, we receive a copy of it as I have no way of recording the ad and never know at what time it will appear on television The album is marvellous - keep up the good work. My daughter and I have enjoyed the service of the lovely team at the Midland office they made such a fuss of my little girl and were very polite and friendly I look forward to your reply.

To The Manager My name is Donna Shaw and I registered my child Kayne for the Telethon book with your Armadale office We thought this would be a nice opportunity to have our little boy in the book and to give something back to Telethon as 10 months of my sons life he was in and out of hospital having a total of 6 operations (in his short 2 and a half years) from a cyst that they found in his head We want to thank Viva for giving all other children in Perth the opportunity to be photographed and put in this special book I also wanted to add that the staff at Armadale, Janelle and Sarah were both tremendous with Kayne they showed great professionalism in the shoot. The photos they took were exceptional of Kayne - I would highly recommend them to other people Once again as a parent I would like to thank Viva for their time that they have given to Telethon and the kids of Perth to make this special book happen.
