Shipping & Delivery Policy

Viva Photography delivers products Australia wide use Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Goods must be signed for upon receipt and if no one is available when delivery takes place a card will be left and the goods may be picked up from your local post office.
Please note: Product packages are a purchased online and your order is send direct to your desired Viva studio. A Viva Representative will be in contact with you within 2 working days to book a suitable time for your photo shoot.

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated and are subject to change without prior notice. Viva does accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex for online payments and all amounts are transacted using Australian Dollars ONLY.
