Franchising - The Investment

In summary terms, your investment estimates are broken down into distinct components as listed below:

Item Cost

We charge an initial franchise fee that covers the initial training for you and your tea and  the support that we provide in the opening period. The Initial Franchising Fee will be $60,000. Thereafter a monthly franchise fee will be payable, which is calculated as a percentage royalty of the total retail sales of the Franchisee business

Total Franchise Setup $300,000+* ( includes Equipment, Furtniture / Fittings, Refurbishment costs, Motor Vehicle, Office and sundry )

*These costs may vary from site to site and Applicant to Applicant dependent upon at least site specifications and equipment requirements. A complete breakdown of these and all other costs are detailed in our Disclosure Document.

Please Note: There will also be additional costs in establishing your business, in the following areas:

• Accounting advice*
• Legal advice*
• Sundry up-front payments like Rent, Rates & Taxes etc*

* These costs may vary from site to site and Applicant to Applicant.

You will also require an amount of working capital which will vary from Franchise owner to Franchise owner. As a minimum we would recommend $15,000.

Expected Returns

The most efficiently run studios have a record of delivering over 25% net returns.

There are no guarantees of success and the returns in a particular state will depend on many factors, including the effectiveness of the franchisee.
